Corin trained formally at the Culinary Institute of America before spending four years cooking professionally, including two years as sous chef at a Michelin-recognized restaurant in Brooklyn. His expertise spans Asian cuisines, Latin American flavors, and the creative fusion that happens when cultures collide on a plate. He's particularly skilled at translating restaurant techniques for home kitchens without expensive equipment.
When he's not recipe testing, Corin hunts for the best tacos in every city he visits, experiments with fermentation projects in his garage, and plays bass in a band that practices far too loudly for his neighbors' liking. He believes cooking should be joyful, messy, and never boring.
