Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries (hulls removed)
  • 6 oz Fresh Raspberries
  • 2 Red Apples (Gala or Honeycrisp)
  • 2 cups Seedless Red Grapes
  • 1 small Seedless Watermelon
  • 1 cup Heart-shaped Pretzels
  • 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese cubes
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt-covered Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Mini Marshmallows (pink and white)
  • 1/2 cup Pink Popcorn
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond or Seed butter

Instructions:

  1. Place the dips. Put the 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt and 1/4 cup almond butter into small separate bowls.
  2. Slice the apples. Cut the 2 Red Apples into 1/2 inch wedges until they are uniform and easy to grab.
  3. Prepare the watermelon. Slice the watermelon into 1 inch thick triangles or use a heart cutter.
  4. Position the larger fruit. Arrange the watermelon and red grapes in opposite corners of the board.
  5. Create a berry river. Spill the 1 lb strawberries and 6 oz raspberries across the center until a red path forms.
  6. Add the savory bites. Tuck the 1 cup white cheddar cubes and 1/2 cup roasted almonds into the gaps.
  7. Sprinkle the crunch. Place the 1 cup heart shaped pretzels and 1/2 cup pink popcorn in small piles.
  8. Scatter the accents. Garnish with 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and 1/4 cup mini marshmallows until no board is visible.
  9. Serve immediately. Set it out while the fruit is chilled for the best flavor experience.
