  • 4 oz Prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Bresaola, thinly sliced
  • 3 oz Hard Salami, sliced thinly
  • 5 oz Sharp White Cheddar
  • 4 oz Soft Goat Cheese log
  • 8 oz Brie or Camembert wheel
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries, halved
  • 0.5 cup Pomegranate arils
  • 1 Blood Orange, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Red seedless grapes
  • 1 cup Whole grain or seed-based crackers
  • 0.5 cup Raw walnuts or Marcona almonds
  • 2 tbsp Raw honey
  • 3 sprigs Fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Place your small ramekins for honey and pomegranate arils on the board first to act as structural anchors.
  2. Position the artisanal cheeses: place the Brie wheel, the pistachio-rolled goat cheese log, and the heart-shaped cheddar across the board to create visual balance.
  3. Fold the salami into roses using the rim of a wine glass and ribbon the prosciutto and bresaola alongside the cheeses.
  4. Arrange the strawberries, blood orange slices, raspberries, and grapes in clusters to fill large gaps.
  5. Tuck in the crackers, walnuts, and dark chocolate shards into the remaining spaces.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for aroma and a pop of green before serving at room temperature.
