- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 cup Strawberries, halved
- 0.5 cup Pomegranate arils
- 1 Blood Orange, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup Red seedless grapes
- 1 cup Whole grain or seed-based crackers
- 0.5 cup Raw walnuts or Marcona almonds
- 2 tbsp Raw honey
- 3 sprigs Fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- Place your small ramekins for honey and pomegranate arils on the board first to act as structural anchors.
- Position the artisanal cheeses: place the Brie wheel, the pistachio-rolled goat cheese log, and the heart-shaped cheddar across the board to create visual balance.
- Fold the salami into roses using the rim of a wine glass and ribbon the prosciutto and bresaola alongside the cheeses.
- Arrange the strawberries, blood orange slices, raspberries, and grapes in clusters to fill large gaps.
- Tuck in the crackers, walnuts, and dark chocolate shards into the remaining spaces.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for aroma and a pop of green before serving at room temperature.
