- Scoop the dough into 1 inch balls, aiming for about the size of a walnut.
- Roll each ball in the 0.25 cup granulated sugar until they look like frosted gems.
- Place on a parchment lined sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart to allow for airflow.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the tops lose their wet sheen and look set.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center.
- Transfer to a wire rack after 5 minutes until the base is firm to the touch.
