  2. Mix until a stiff, vibrant pink dough forms until no dry streaks of powder remain.
  3. Scoop the dough into 1 inch balls, aiming for about the size of a walnut.
  4. Roll each ball in the 0.25 cup granulated sugar until they look like frosted gems.
  5. Place on a parchment lined sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart to allow for airflow.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until the tops lose their wet sheen and look set.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack after 5 minutes until the base is firm to the touch.
  9. Allow the chocolate to set completely before stacking, or you'll have a velvety mess.
