Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Triple Cream Brie
  • 4 oz Aged White Cheddar
  • 3 oz Fresh Chèvre (Goat Cheese)
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Arils
  • 2 tbsp High-Quality Honey
  • 4 oz Prosciutto di Parma
  • 3 oz Hard Salami
  • 1 cup Artisan Heart Shaped Crackers
  • 1/4 cup Marcona Almonds

Instructions:

  1. Place the 8 oz Triple Cream Brie in the center or slightly off center to act as your visual anchor.
  2. Position the 4 oz Aged White Cheddar and 3 oz Fresh Chèvre on opposite sides of the board.
  3. Drizzle the 2 tbsp honey directly over the goat cheese Note: This creates a beautiful glister that attracts the eye.
  4. Fold the 4 oz Prosciutto into loose ribbons and nestle them against the brie.
  5. Fan the 1 cup of sliced strawberries in a semi circle around the edge of the board.
  6. Tuck the 3 oz hard salami into small roses by folding slices in half and rolling them tight.
  7. Fill a small ramekin with the 1/4 cup pomegranate arils to keep them contained.
  8. Stack the 1 cup heart shaped crackers in the Z pattern through the empty spaces until the board looks lush and full.
  9. Scatter the 1/4 cup Marcona almonds and 1/2 cup raspberries into the tiny remaining gaps.
