Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Silver Tequila (100% Agave)
  • 1.5 oz 100% Pure Pomegranate Juice
  • 0.75 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Light Agave Nectar
  • 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur (Cointreau)
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Lime Zest
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Pomegranate Arils
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions:

  1. Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge. Combine the pink salt and dried lime zest on a small plate. Press the glass rim into the mixture at a 45-degree angle for an even coating.
  2. Combine the silver tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Fill 3/4 full with ice.
  3. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for exactly 15 seconds until the exterior feels frosty and the liquid is aerated.
  4. Fill the prepared rocks glass with fresh ice. Use a Hawthorne strainer to pour the margarita into the glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh pomegranate arils and a rosemary sprig. Slap the rosemary against your palm before adding to release the aromatic oils.
