Ingredients:
- 1 pack (12 count) Kings Hawaiian pizza sliders rolls
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 sticks string cheese, sliced into rounds
- 20 slices deli-style pepperoni
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual rolls connected. Place the bottom slab into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the bottom rolls.
- Layer the shredded mozzarella first, followed by the pepperoni slices, then the string cheese rounds. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella.
- Place the top slab of rolls firmly over the cheese layer.
- Whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the tops are golden brown.
