Ingredients:

  • 1 pack (12 count) Kings Hawaiian pizza sliders rolls
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 sticks string cheese, sliced into rounds
  • 20 slices deli-style pepperoni
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Using a serrated knife, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual rolls connected. Place the bottom slab into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the bottom rolls.
  4. Layer the shredded mozzarella first, followed by the pepperoni slices, then the string cheese rounds. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella.
  5. Place the top slab of rolls firmly over the cheese layer.
  6. Whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the tops are golden brown.
