Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (32g) Natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5g) Chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt into a 16 oz glass mason jar. Note: Mixing dry ingredients first prevents chia seeds from clumping
  2. Shake the jar for 10 seconds until the cinnamon is evenly distributed.
  3. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.
  4. Stir vigorously with a fork until the yogurt is fully incorporated and no white streaks remain.
  5. Spoon in the peanut butter.
  6. Stir completely for a uniform flavor or swirl gently with a knife to create ribbons of nut butter.
  7. Seal the lid tightly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours until the oats have absorbed the liquid and feel thick.
