Ingredients:
- 11 oz butterscotch chips
- 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 oz crispy chow mein noodles
- 0.25 tsp sea salt
- 10 oz candy-coated chocolate eggs
Instructions:
- In a large microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Microwave on 50% power in 30-second bursts, stirring vigorously between each interval until smooth.
- Add sea salt to the melted mixture, then gently fold in the chow mein noodles using a lift-and-fold motion until every strand is fully coated.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use the back of a spoon to create a small indentation in the center of each mound.
- Place 2-3 candy-coated chocolate eggs into the center well of each nest. Allow the cookies to set at room temperature for 30 minutes until firm.
