Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 2 cups (300g) fresh pineapple, diced into bite-sized chunks
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
- 1 cup (150g) green grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into half-moons
- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup (150g) mango, diced
- 3 tbsp (60ml) honey
- 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp (2g) lime zest, finely grated
Instructions:
- Wash all produce thoroughly. Chop the strawberries, pineapple, and mango into uniform, bite-sized pieces and place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small separate bowl, combine the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk vigorously until the honey is fully incorporated and the mixture is glossy and uniform.
- Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit. Using a large spoon or rubber spatula, gently fold the fruit from the bottom up to avoid breaking down the softer fruits.
