Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups (300g) fresh pineapple, diced into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup (150g) green grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into half-moons
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup (150g) mango, diced
  • 3 tbsp (60ml) honey
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp (2g) lime zest, finely grated

Instructions:

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Chop the strawberries, pineapple, and mango into uniform, bite-sized pieces and place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small separate bowl, combine the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk vigorously until the honey is fully incorporated and the mixture is glossy and uniform.
  3. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit. Using a large spoon or rubber spatula, gently fold the fruit from the bottom up to avoid breaking down the softer fruits.
