Instructions:
- Place the granulated sugar and cornstarch into a high-speed blender canister and secure the lid tightly.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest setting, blending for 45 to 60 seconds until a fine powder forms.
- Wait at least 2 minutes before opening the blender lid to allow the sugar dust to settle and the heat from friction to dissipate.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any remaining large crystals, ensuring a perfectly smooth texture.
