Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) Brie
  • 6 oz (170g) Sharp Cheddar
  • 6 oz (170g) Goat Cheese
  • 4 oz (115g) Genoa Salami
  • 4 oz (115g) Prosciutto
  • 2 cups (60g) Water crackers
  • 2 cups (60g) Pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup (30g) Rice crackers
  • 1 cup (150g) Green grapes
  • 1 cup (150g) Blueberries
  • 1 cup (150g) Candy corn
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Dark chocolate chunks

Instructions:

  1. Use cookie cutters on the Brie and Cheddar to create ghostly or bat-like silhouettes. Roll the goat cheese into a ball and use a knife to score vertical lines down the sides to mimic a pumpkin.
  2. Place ramekins or small bowls on the board to act as anchors. Position the larger cheese shapes around these bowls to create a visual foundation.
  3. Fold salami into quarters to create volume and drape the prosciutto in ribbons. Fan out the crackers in curving lines and tuck in the grapes and berries in the remaining open spaces.
  4. Scatter candy corn and chocolate chunks in the smallest crevices. Place the pretzel sticks near the edges to look like witch fingers.
