Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Celery salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 Lemon wedge
  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 4 oz Premium Tomato juice
  • 0.5 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1 Fresh celery stalk
  • 2 Pitted green olives
  • 1 Lemon wheel

Instructions:

  1. Place the celery salt and smoked paprika on a small plate and mix. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled highball glass, then press the rim into the salt mixture until evenly coated.
  2. Fill the prepared highball glass with fresh ice.
  3. In a mixing tin without ice, combine the London Dry Gin, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, black pepper, and sea salt.
  4. Add ice to the mixing tin. Perform the 'roll' technique by gently pouring the mixture back and forth between two mixing tins or a tin and a glass 5–6 times to chill without over-aerating.
  5. Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a fresh celery stalk, pitted green olives, and a lemon wheel.
