Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Celery salt
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Lemon wedge
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 4 oz Premium Tomato juice
- 0.5 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 pinch Ground black pepper
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 0.25 tsp Prepared horseradish
- 1 Fresh celery stalk
- 2 Pitted green olives
- 1 Lemon wheel
Instructions:
- Place the celery salt and smoked paprika on a small plate and mix. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled highball glass, then press the rim into the salt mixture until evenly coated.
- Fill the prepared highball glass with fresh ice.
- In a mixing tin without ice, combine the London Dry Gin, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, black pepper, and sea salt.
- Add ice to the mixing tin. Perform the 'roll' technique by gently pouring the mixture back and forth between two mixing tins or a tin and a glass 5–6 times to chill without over-aerating.
- Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a fresh celery stalk, pitted green olives, and a lemon wheel.
