Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest, finely grated
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chiffonade
Instructions:
- Rinse all berries under cold water in a colander and gently pat them dry with a paper towel to prevent the dressing from being diluted.
- Hull the strawberries and cut them into uniform quarters, then place all strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in a large glass mixing bowl.
- In a small ramekin, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Stir the sliced mint leaves into the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the berries and gently fold the fruit from the bottom up using a rubber spatula until the berries are lightly glazed.
