Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew concentrate
  • 6 coffee ice cubes
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tbsp granulated erythritol
  • 0.125 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small pitcher or measuring cup, combine the heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  2. Use a handheld milk frother for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is slightly thickened and aerated, resembling melted ice cream.
  3. Fill a 16 oz glass to the brim with coffee ice cubes and pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice, leaving two inches of space at the top.
  4. Slowly pour the frothed vanilla cream over the back of a spoon into the coffee to create a marbling effect. Stir gently before serving.
