Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold brew concentrate
- 6 coffee ice cubes
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1.5 tbsp granulated erythritol
- 0.125 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions:
- In a small pitcher or measuring cup, combine the heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Use a handheld milk frother for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is slightly thickened and aerated, resembling melted ice cream.
- Fill a 16 oz glass to the brim with coffee ice cubes and pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice, leaving two inches of space at the top.
- Slowly pour the frothed vanilla cream over the back of a spoon into the coffee to create a marbling effect. Stir gently before serving.
