Ingredients:

  • 4 oz prosciutto, sliced thin
  • 4 oz hard salami or bresaola
  • 4 oz peppered turkey breast, sliced thin
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz brie or camembert
  • 4 oz goat cheese or feta
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup whole grain crackers
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup honey or fig jam
  • 1/4 cup hummus or olive tapenade

Instructions:

  1. Place small bowls containing honey, jam, or hummus and the brie wheel on the board in a triangular pattern to create anchors.
  2. Fold the prosciutto into ribbons, the salami into roses, and the peppered turkey into fans or tight circles, arranging them in curving lines flowing between the anchors.
  3. Fill remaining large gaps with cubed cheddar and goat cheese, then surround the cheeses with clusters of grapes and apple slices.
  4. Tuck crackers and nuts into the smallest remaining crevices and finish by scattering blueberries and cucumber slices across the board.
