- 4 fl oz (120 ml) Peach Schnapps (e.g., Pucker or Archers)
- 5 fl oz (45 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 fl oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
- Sufficient Ice for shaking
- 4 total Lemon wedge/slice (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Chill the Glassware: Place the four shot glasses in the freezer while you prepare the ingredients. This ensures the Green Tea Shot stays cold when poured.
- Measure Ingredients: Using a jigger, precisely measure the Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, fresh Lime Juice, and Simple Syrup into the cocktail shaker tin.
- Add Ice: Fill the shaker 3/4 full with fresh, high-quality ice (preferably large, dense cubes that melt slower).
- Seal and Shake: Secure the lid tightly. Grip the shaker firmly and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds. Shaking is complete when the outside of the shaker tin is thoroughly frosted over.
- Strain: Remove the chilled shot glasses from the freezer. Hold the shaker high and strain the liquid evenly between the four glasses. Ensure no ice chips fall into the shots.
