  • 5 fl oz (45 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 5 fl oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • Sufficient Ice for shaking
  • 4 total Lemon wedge/slice (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the Glassware: Place the four shot glasses in the freezer while you prepare the ingredients. This ensures the Green Tea Shot stays cold when poured.
  2. Measure Ingredients: Using a jigger, precisely measure the Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, fresh Lime Juice, and Simple Syrup into the cocktail shaker tin.
  3. Add Ice: Fill the shaker 3/4 full with fresh, high-quality ice (preferably large, dense cubes that melt slower).
  4. Seal and Shake: Secure the lid tightly. Grip the shaker firmly and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds. Shaking is complete when the outside of the shaker tin is thoroughly frosted over.
  5. Strain: Remove the chilled shot glasses from the freezer. Hold the shaker high and strain the liquid evenly between the four glasses. Ensure no ice chips fall into the shots.
