Ingredients:
- 2 shots (2 oz) Espresso
- 1.5 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar, packed
- 0.25 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 8 oz Oat milk
- 1 dash Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Brew two fresh shots of espresso or brew 1/4 cup of very concentrated coffee using a Moka Pot or Aeropress.
- Immediately add the dark brown sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the hot espresso. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the sugar is fully dissolved and the liquid becomes a glossy syrup.
- For a hot latte, steam the oat milk to 150°F (65°C) to create a velvety microfoam. For an iced latte, combine the espresso mixture with 1 cup of ice in a jar and shake for 15 seconds.
- Pour the prepared milk over the sweetened espresso base. Top with a dash of ground cinnamon for garnish.
