Ingredients:

  • 2 shots (2 oz) Espresso
  • 1.5 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar, packed
  • 0.25 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 8 oz Oat milk
  • 1 dash Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Brew two fresh shots of espresso or brew 1/4 cup of very concentrated coffee using a Moka Pot or Aeropress.
  2. Immediately add the dark brown sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the hot espresso. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the sugar is fully dissolved and the liquid becomes a glossy syrup.
  3. For a hot latte, steam the oat milk to 150°F (65°C) to create a velvety microfoam. For an iced latte, combine the espresso mixture with 1 cup of ice in a jar and shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Pour the prepared milk over the sweetened espresso base. Top with a dash of ground cinnamon for garnish.
