- 3 cups Shredded Chicken Breast, cooked
- 16 oz Full-fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 3/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1.5 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
- 1 cup Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 Green Onions, finely sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to beat the mixture until aerated and completely smooth.
- Incorporate the buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika into the cream cheese base. Mix until the color is a uniform pale orange.
- Using a sturdy spatula, fold in the cooked shredded chicken, kosher salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, smoothing the surface into an even layer.
- Top the mixture with the remaining 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar and the 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and has developed a golden-brown crust. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
