Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken Breast, cooked
  • 16 oz Full-fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1.5 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Green Onions, finely sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to beat the mixture until aerated and completely smooth.
  2. Incorporate the buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika into the cream cheese base. Mix until the color is a uniform pale orange.
  3. Using a sturdy spatula, fold in the cooked shredded chicken, kosher salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until the chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, smoothing the surface into an even layer.
  5. Top the mixture with the remaining 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar and the 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and has developed a golden-brown crust. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
