Ingredients:

  • 150g frozen mixed berries
  • 85g frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium frozen banana, sliced
  • 120g plain Greek yogurt
  • 75ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp grain-free granola
  • 20g fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Pour 75ml of unsweetened almond milk into the blender.
  2. Add 120g of plain Greek yogurt on top of the milk.
  3. Place the medium frozen banana slices into the mixture until the liquid mostly covers them.
  4. Add 150g of frozen mixed berries and 85g of frozen mango chunks.
  5. Start the blender on the lowest speed, slowly increasing to high.
  6. Use the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades for 45 seconds until a thick, four point vortex forms.
  7. Spoon the thick mixture into your chilled bowl until the surface is level and smooth.
  8. Sprinkle 1 tbsp hemp hearts and 2 tbsp grain free granola over one side.
  9. Garnish with 20g fresh blueberries and a 1 tbsp drizzle of nut butter.
